Machine for separating meat from bones from flaking (filleting) residues. The working element is a rubber belt cooperating with the drum screen.
The fish meat separator is entirely made of stainless steel.
For carp, the amount of meat to be recovered using the separator is approx. 8% of the live weight of the fish.
The machine is also suitable for other types of fish.
